2025 classes will start in April

Welcome to our Mums & Bubs exercise program. This program is for Mums that are from 6 weeks postnatal up to around 10 months (give or take) who want to re-engage back into exercise in a safe and supportive environment.

After having a baby it can be challenging to re-engage back into the community. Our Mums and Bubs classes are not only developed to create a fitter and healthier Mumma but also to connect with other like-minded Mums who value their health and fitness.

This program is developed to create 2 main benefits;
