Boot Camp Class Schedule

The below schedule outlines the 10 scheduled Boot Camp group training sessions Resultz Gym conducts per week. You will find timings, locations, instructor, and type of session included in the schedule (simply hover over the class for further information).   • 5:45 – 6:30 AM: Start with a Bang with Mat at Everton Park
    Weekend is over and it is time to start with a bang. No better way to kickstart your week with this high-intensity, fast-paced bootcamp session 🙂

  • 6:30 – 7:15 PM: Partner Strength with Ena at Resultz Gym
    Find yourself a partner and be ready to apply some serious overload to your Monday night session. Plenty of recovery and plenty of hard work. A great one to improve your overall strength 🙂

  • 5:45 – 6:30 AM: Tabata with Mat at Resultz Gym
    Tuesday morning Tabata session means there is no escaping a fantastic session. Using the Tabata timer is a great way to ensure that our whole community, regardless of fitness level, gets a fantastic workout 🙂

  • 6:30 – 7:15 PM: Cardio Carnage with Mat at Everton Park
    Cardio carnage is non-stop. Expect very little recovery and continuous exercise from agility-based training to short bouts of strength work… Not much rest though 🙂

  • 5:45 – 6:30 AM: Midweek Surprise with Mat at Everton Park
    If I told you what the session was… it wouldn’t be a surprise, would it? I suggest you simply show up and find out for yourself 🙂
  • 6:30 – 7:15 PM: Yoga / Pilates with Sally at Everton Park
    A great opportunity midweek to focus on flexibility and mobility. Sally is a fantastic yoga teacher who will assist you with movement patterns, breathing techniques, and holistic health. Good chance the sound/vibration bowls will make an appearance 🙂
    From October to April these sessions are held at our Enoggera location so our community can enjoy yoga under the stars.
  • 5:45 – 6:30 AM: Combo Extreme with Mat at Resultz Gym
    A hybrid training session with a mixture of strength and cardio. A great combination to ensure we hit all the necessary energy systems 🙂

  • 6:30 – 7:15 PM: AMRAP with Mat at Everton Park
    As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP). The challenge is to do as many rounds as you can in the designated time. The only person you are competing against is yourself. The more you put in, the more you get out 🙂
  • 5:45 – 6:30 AM: Boxing for Fitness with Mat at Everton Park
    Partner up, hand wraps on, gloves up! A high-intensity boxing session that gets the blood pumping and shoulders burning. Expect ab work and leg exercises. “Eye of the Tiger” might be blasting to rock your workout!
  • 6:30 – 7:15 AM: Boot Camp with Mat at Everton Park
    An amazing location and no better way to kickstart your Saturday morning. Enjoy your weekend and be ready to do it all again next week 🙂

All results will vary depending on the individual. A health check from your GP is recommended prior to undertaking fitness training.
